Hi guys! Welcome to this week at the gym, my third week in this segment of the blog. This week I hit shoulders, biceps, back and legs hard. So worn out! I really need to start foam rolling and stretching again.
It was also pretty cold this week, so I wore a couple hoodies/sweat shirts to start out in.

That spray tan life tho 😂 Does anyone else get the washout in your elbow? Trying to turn sideways to show you the cute cut out of this Nike tank, but my sports bra was black too HAHA so… This tank is from last year too, so I linked another.
I thought I’d try something new and do a flatlay of my outfit! What do you think?! I’ll do more if you love it. It’s really fun to create. I added some of my favorite things from my gym bag too.
